Not at all! At NW Nutrition & Coaching, I work with all fitness levels. Every personal training program is customized to match your current ability and goals, so you can progress confidently at your own pace.

Do you offer online coaching?

Yes! I provide both online coaching and in-person personal training. My online fitness and nutrition coaching includes personalized workout plans, custom meal plans, food diary feedback, regular check-ins, and full support—so you can achieve results no matter where you're located.

Can I lose fat and build muscle at the same time?

Yes! This is known as body re-composition, and it’s a key focus at NW Nutrition & Coaching. With the right balance of training, nutrition, and recovery, I’ll guide you to both loose fat while developing lean muscle—without extreme diets or overtraining.
